Accessibility
Stadium Hotel is committed to providing an accessible and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Wheelchair-accessible areas are available throughout the property.
- ADA mobility rooms are available with two queen beds and either a roll-in shower or bathtub with grab bars.
- Guest bathrooms include toilets with grab rails.
- ADA-accessible parking is available on site.
Reservations
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. At the time of booking, an advance deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged. Deposit requirements may vary depending on the rate type, stay dates, and applicable blackout or special-event periods.
- Check-in: After 3 PM
- Check-out: By 11 AM
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.
- A valid driver’s license or passport is required at check-in.
- Rooms with one king bed accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
- Rooms with two queen beds accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
- Hotel amenities are reserved for registered hotel guests only.
- Semi-trucks and trailers are not permitted on the property.
Credit Cards & Payment
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in, along with a matching valid driver’s license or passport.
Virtual credit cards and third-party billing are not accepted.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 3 PM, 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
Reservations made on the same day as arrival or within the 72-hour cancellation period are non-refundable.
No-shows will forfeit all deposits paid.
Special Event Reservations
Special deposit, cancellation, and minimum-stay requirements apply during major events at Hard Rock Stadium and other high-demand dates, including games, concerts, the Orange Bowl, Miami Open, Formula 1, and Jazz in the Gardens.
Orange Bowl
- A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is charged at booking.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Formula 1
- A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is charged at booking.
- The remaining balance is charged 90 days before arrival and is non-refundable.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled within 90 days of arrival.
Security Deposit
A refundable security hold of $100 to $150 is required at check-in.
The hold will be released following checkout, provided there is no smoking, unauthorized pet activity, damage, or other applicable charges associated with the room.
Pets & Service Animals
Stadium Hotel is a pet-free property.
Service animals individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Emotional support, comfort, and companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and cannot be accommodated under the hotel’s pet-free policy.
Smoke-Free Policy
Stadium Hotel is a smoke-free property.
Smoking is not permitted:
- Inside guest rooms
- On guest room balconies
- In the pool area
Evidence of smoking, including smoke odor, may result in additional cleaning, smoke, or damage fees.
Early Arrival & Late Check-Out
If you need an early check-in, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, and an early check-in fee may apply.
If your room is not yet available, we will be happy to store your luggage until check-in.
Late check-out is not available. Guests who remain in their room beyond the designated checkout time may be charged for an additional night.
